Michael Saunders, president and founder of Michael Saunders & Company, is proud to announce the top six individual and team producers for residential sales volume in 2003, several of which came from Bradenton. With the hard work and dedication of these associates, Michael Saunders & Company the Gulf Coast’s largest independently-owned real estate company, exceeded $2 billion in sales for 2003. Kim and Michael Ogilvie of the Main Street branch represent the company-wide top-producing team. With an astounding $69-million-plus in sales for 2003, the Ogilvie team has far surpassed all Tri-County and Michael Saunders & Company records for residential sales. Setting a precedent for Michael Saunders & Company, the two necessitated the creation of a new award level to honor such achievements. They set momentous benchmarks in real estate pricing for the Sarasota area last year. With 28 years of combined experience, the two perennially bring in a sales volume within the $20-$30 million range. Since 1999 they have been members of the company's elite Chairman's Circle. They have played a significant role in the creation of the nickname “Multimillion- dollar Row” for Westway Drive, a Lido Shores area street. Annette Rogers of the South Longboat Key office is the company’s top individual sales producer, having generated over $54 million. A member of the prestigious Founder’s Circle for annual sales of over $40 million, she has over three decades of industry experience. She’s an expert in residential property sales on the Gulf Coast, and from the simplest starter home to the most luxurious estate residence, she handles all types, price ranges and styles. Kathy Marcinko and Sandy Drapala were Bradenton’s top-producing team. Perennial top producers Kathy and Sandy continue their tradition of outstanding achievements with the receipt of the prestigious Chairman’s Circle Award for sales exceeding $20 million. They are an ideal team who provide friendly, fulltime customer service to fulfill their clients’ needs. Renown for their energy, integrity and commitment to exceptional service, their partnership maintains the highest level of professionalism with a firm dedication to achieving the most desired results. They are versatile sales and marketing experts with an unparalleled knowledge of the real estate market in the Manatee area, with a shared experience of 46 years. Kathy Valente and Ruth Lawler were Bradenton’s top-producing individual associates for 2003. They join the distinguished Ambassador’s Circle, honoring sales of over $10 million. Kathy’s sales of almost $14 million speak to her credibility and integrity over her 18-year career in real estate. She entered the industry in 1987 and is an avid golfer, giving her significant credibility as a golf course community specialist. She’s a Sarasota resident of almost 25 years and therefore knows the area well, meanwhile keeping up with new neighborhoods in an effort to grow with them. Ruth Lawler also has 18 years of real estate experience. With sales totaling more than $11 million last year she remains passionate about real estate and committed to her community. Judy LaValliere, Ann DeBellevue, Chuck West and Mary Hellhake were named to the honorable Director’s Circle, indicative of at least $5 million sales.
