Michael Saunders & Company Announces Top Sales Producers for 2003 Michael Saunders, president and founder of Michael Saunders & Company, is proud to announce the top individual and team producers for residential sales volume in Venice for 2003 and the company-wide top producers. With the hard work and dedication of all our associates, Michael Saunders & Company, the Gulf Coast’s largest independently-owned real estate company, exceeded $2 billion in sales for 2003. Kim and Michael Ogilvie of the Main Street branch represent the company-wide top-producing team and become members of the Legacy Circle. With an astounding $69-million-plus in sales for 2003, the Ogilvie team has far surpassed all Tri-County records for residential sales. Annette Rogers of the South Longboat Key office is the company’s top individual sales producer, having generated over $54 million. A member of the prestigious Founder’s Circle for annual sales of at least $40 million, she has over three decades of industry experience. Helen Kirchner Moore is the top-producing individual in the Venice area for 2003 and joins the Ambassador’s Circle, honoring sales of at least $10 million. Actively involved in the Venice Area Board of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors, her area of expertise is in island and waterfront living in Venice, Nokomis and Osprey. Larry Brown, J.D. and Laura Kovac join the President’s Circle, honoring sales of at least $7 million each. Larry specializes in distinguished residential properties in the Venice/Nokomis/Osprey area. Laura strives to make positive changes in industry procedures. Louise C. Klapp and Betty Curry Knight from the Venice office and Susan Brooker of the East Venice office are members of the Director’s Circle, honoring sales of at least $5 million. Louise was doubly honored as the company-wide Rookie of Distinction. Betty was born and raised in Sarasota County. Susan started her real estate career in Maine.
