Barbara Gahry holds a BA degree from the University of Connecticut and a master's degree from Wayne State University in Detroit. Her first career spanned 26 years in health care as a clinician, educator, researcher and manager. She credits her success in her second career in real estate to a combination of sharp marketing and negotiating skills, a thorough knowledge of market conditions, and consistent follow-up with clients. She has gained a reputation as an honest, hard working and highly skilled professional. She enjoys reading, music, and getting together regularly with friends. Barbara resides in Osprey's Rivendell, where she is active with the homeowner’s association. She has volunteered with the Women's Resource Center and has taught English as a second language.
