A Florida native, Brian Hamilton was born and raised in Tampa. After earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 1999, he worked for Subaru of America in Atlanta and Philadelphia. Traveling twice a month, his work brought him to 25 of the 50 states. Brian eventually followed his family’s footsteps by moving back to the Gulf Coast to sell new homes for a national builder for three years. His passion for boating moved him to Bradenton’s outstanding waterfront, where his career has also followed. Brian works with all properties from Anna Maria to Lakewood Ranch and Palmetto to Sarasota. He studies neighborhoods for each price point and can provide an omniscient view of the two premier Gulf Coast counties for his clients.
