John Weiss brings over 30 years of proven sales, management and building expertise to The Schouten Commercial Group under Michael Saunders & Company’s Commercial Division.
A native of Ohio, John’s career includes sales and management positions with various construction and architectural companies in the Cleveland, Ohio area. In each of the positions he held, John was responsible for overall operations, as well as the direction of the sales departments.
John’s project management expertise and knack for architectural design led him to form Chagrin Valley Building Supply in 1987. John successfully landed contracts with mainstay community builders and developers, providing design services and building materials for several of their community developments.
John transitioned to commercial real estate after moving to Southwest Florida in 2004. John successfully puts his networking, management and construction expertise to work for clients looking to procure, divest, and develop commercial properties. His proven ability to successfully implement business and sales strategies enable him to effectively satisfy his clients’ unique commercial real estate objectives.
