A Broker-Associate for over 27 years, Michelle Crabtree is a third-generation Sarasotan who loves sharing her knowledge of the area’s history and believes in giving back to the community. Michelle has earned her business marketing degree from the University of South Florida, and worked for over 4 years with the developer of Lakewood Ranch in the company’s marketing department, and was also the manager of their Visitor Information Center. Michelle is involved in her community as a member of the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, on the Sustaining Council Board of the Junior League of Sarasota, and has been a mentor with Take Stock in Children, and participated in fundraisers for both the Cancer Society and Guardian Ad Litem.

Michelle’s real estate involvements include the Sarasota Association of Realtors – Board of Directors for 2008; the Professional Development Committee, and she has been on committees for Community Outreach, Multiple Listing, Social/ Program, and currently is involved in committee work with the Florida Association of Realtors. Michelle was the 2007 Chapter President of the Women’s Council of Realtors and was recognized as their “Realtor of the Year” in 2005. She also received the Sarasota Association of Realtors’ Meritorious Service Award” in 2007 and is a “Five Star Real Estate Agent – Best in Client Satisfaction for 2007 and 2008.
