Licensed in Boston, Massachusetts, since 1988, Susan Garwood worked at Back Bay Realty in downtown Boston. In 1996, she was licensed to help homebuyers and sellers in Sarasota, where she became highly familiar with the area’s dynamic real estate market. In 2007, Susan earned her broker’s license in Tennessee, where she opened a brokerage office in Sharps Chapel incorporating properties from Florida to Tennessee.
To provide the best service and experience for her clients, Susan has been certified in a Broker Management course, is a Graduate of the Lee Institute in real estate business school, and attended Aquinas Junior College in Milton, Massachusetts, where she studied business management and related courses. Susan is currently the director for the Palmer Club of Prestancia.
