Dana Preston has been a licensed Florida Realtor since 2004. She spent two of those years marketing and consulting for newly constructed waterfront condominiums, Bay Pointe and Bay Club of Terra Ceia Bay. Dana is currently specializing in residential properties in Manatee County.

Dana is a native resident to the area. Born in Sarasota and raised in Bradenton, she graduated from Bradenton Christian High School. After earning her business degree in marketing from Western Carolina University, she traveled the world for ten years working for Delta Air Lines, Inc. Dana presently resides in Palmetto with her husband, Whiting, and children, Walter and Eva.

In addition to her activities as a highly respected residential property specialist, Dana believes in giving back to the community. She is a past president and sustaining member of the Junior League of Manatee County and an alumna of the Manatee County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Manatee Program. Dana is also an active member of the Board of Trustees for Saint Stephen’s Episcopal School, a college preparatory school, in which her children currently attend.
