Mike Witkosky relocated to Florida in 2001 after retiring from a successful 22-year career in business operations with a Fortune 300 company, working out of both North and South Carolina. Not ready to truly retire, Mike decided to embark on another career and become a Realtor®.

Real estate is exciting, challenging and rewarding, and that fits Mike’s personality perfectly. His accolades are a testament to the outstanding service he provides, as he was awarded the prestigious International President’s Circle in 2003, 2004 and 2005, along with many other real estate honors.

Mike’s hobbies include golfing, fishing, boating and enjoying the great beaches of Southwest Florida. Mike married his high school sweetheart 28 years ago, and they have two adult children and one grand daughter to keep them busy, along with two pugs who currently run the house.

Now teamed up with Steve Bailey, a top Realtor, both Steve and Mike have formed Team1One with Michael Saunders & Company working out of the Venice Island office. They serve the areas from Punta Gorda to Venice Island, and list and sell properties in gated communities as well as on the waterfront. Both Steve and Mike feel that “It is not about them, it is about their customers.”
