A native of St. Louis, Joan Perdue eventually fell in love with and settled in Sarasota in 1983. After an extensive background in the accounting profession, Joan began her real estate career with Michael Saunders & Company in 1990. Since then, Joan has enjoyed continuous success due to her honesty and integrity. Additionally, Joan is a volunteer in many Sarasota organizations and functions, and was a past president of the Symphony Association.
