Peter Salefsky specializes in luxury and waterfront residential and investment property sales. With over 14 years of successful experience as a Realtor, Peter is a firm believer in capitalizing on the increasing property values in Sarasota, and knows how to maximize a property’s value. Professionally, he is a member of the Sarasota, Florida and National Associations of Realtors. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in youth counseling from Liberty University, graduating with honors and serving as student body president. Prior to his career in real estate, Peter was a professional singer and actor, music director and Miss America pageant host. Upbeat and positive, he thinks of strangers as friends he has not yet met. As a member of the Liberty University chorale, Peter performed in over 15 countries, and also appeared in national television commercials for five years. In addition to his passion for real estate, he performs in numerous theatrical productions, sings in a choir, and conducts beach wedding ceremonies as a notary public.
