Prior to becoming a licensed real estate broker, Jay Seigel was involved in residential/commercial real estate in both a sales/legal capacity. As such, Jay possesses a knowledge of the legal complexities involved in nearly any real estate transaction. Jay brings the following education/degrees/awards to the negotiating table: BA, Magna Cum Laude; Golden Key National Key Honor Society; Juris Doctorate (JD); Real Estate Broker’s License and multiple "Top Producer" awards. Jay focuses primarily on Longboat Key waterfront properties and new home construction in the master-planned communities within Sarasota and Manatee counties. Jay presently resides in Lakewood Ranch.
