Since 2016, she has been the co-founder and lead fundraiser of Associação Filhos do Céu in Porto Seguro, Bahia, Brazil. This organization provides food and supervised tennis instruction to underprivileged children, with the aim of keeping them off the streets and equipping them with skills for potential employment in the local resort industry. Anna collects cash donations, used tennis equipment, and clothes, and frequently travels to Brazil to personally deliver these contributions.
