Cathie De'Ath, REALTOR®

A native of Wales, UK, Cathie de’Ath graduated from the Battersea Polytechnic Institute in London, then served as a flight attendant for three years prior to marrying an international banker in 1960. This lead to a number of foreign assignments in the Middle East and Far East over a period of 15 years before she relocated to the United States in 1975.

A longtime Realtor with Michael Saunders & Company, Cathie began her real estate career in 1978 with Brown & Fowler in Summit, New Jersey, where she developed the customer-focused style of service that defines her today.

A specialist in properties located on Lido Key, Longboat Key, the barrier islands, and throughout downtown Sarasota, Cathie brings a world of knowledge, integrity, negotiating skills and an outstanding level of service to make each transaction a satisfying experience for buyers and sellers alike.

Cathie is a member of the Sarasota Gulf Coast Welsh Society and is fluent in Welsh.
