Chuck Shah, REALTOR®

Chuck (Chandrakant) Shah was born in Nairobi, Kenya. He graduated from the University of Bombay (Mumbai) with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry before relocating to the United States. He moved to the Lakewood Ranch area in 2004, where he currently resides.

Chuck began his real estate career at Keller Williams in 2004, later continuing on to Lakewood Ranch Realty Company, and has enjoyed a successful, committed, full-time career as a Realtor ever since.

With a background in automotive and plastics manufacturing management, Chuck brings a wealth of experience in developing client relations with a range of cultures from a number of international markets. As a real estate professional, he leverages this background to serve international buyers and sellers.

In order to serve his clients effectively, Chuck has continued to enhance his professional development through various educational opportunities, including earning the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist designation (CIPS) through the National Association of Realtors. Additionally, he successfully participated in the 2010-2011 Emerging Leadership Program at Sarasota Association of Realtors.

Chuck is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati and Swahili. In his spare time, he enjoys travel, photography and exploring other cultures.
