Prior to real estate, Dan spent 15 years on Wall Street as senior vice president and director for various national and international firms. Dan began his fixed income analytical work at Moody’s Investors Service and later joined Morgan Stanley & Company, where he was national director of healthcare research on New York’s sales and trading desk for municipal bond/fixed income products. He was also a nationally recognized Tier One Institutional Municipal Bond Salesman covering the nation’s largest senior portfolio managers and traders.

Desiring to give back, Dan also served with International Teams for two years, working to benefit refugees, children at risk and women. He was globally responsible for mobilizing short and long term workers for strategic assignments.
