David Bouverat, REALTOR®

Originally from Tampa, David Bouverat relocated to the Sarasota area over 39 years ago. When he first entered the real estate industry in 1982, David began his career as a residential real estate appraiser in both Sarasota and Manatee counties, where he had appraised over 8,000 homes. Before joining Michael Saunders & Company, David worked as a buyer’s broker through his own company, David P. Bouverat, Inc. Today, he serves as a proven specialist in waterfront properties and golf course communities.

To enhance the level of service he provides his clients, David has earned the SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute, an AA and AS degrees with a major in architecture and building construction, and a BBA degree with a major in real estate from Florida International University in Miami. He also obtained the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation.
