David Foster, REALTOR®

David Foster grew up in Detroit and attended the University of Michigan before relocating to Chicago, where he lived for 20 years. He moved to Sarasota in 1998 and has been a Realtor since 1999. David brings an extensive background of real estate related experience, which includes urban planning consulting, community renewal, economic analysis and commercial/residential property management. This diverse experience provides clients with proven expertise insuring completed transactions, as well as client appreciation and satisfaction.

Before joining Michael Saunders & Company, David began this part of his career with Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate for four years. He then transitioned to Prudential Palms, where he received recognition as a Company Associate of the Month and membership in that company's Honor and Leading Edge societies. David's performance in the industry is reflective of how much he truly enjoys his work—meeting and helping those he serves.

An active participant in the community, David was a member of the Southwest Florida Business Guild during its existence. He also enjoys singing with Diversity, the Voices of Sarasota, with whom he sang in a "For the Cure" performance at New York's esteemed Carnegie Hall.

In his spare time, David is fond of traveling with friends and family, swimming and sailing whenever possible, and experiencing good food and wine.
