After a stellar 25-year career building a small four-person engineered pump company headquartered in Chicago to 300 employees, Deke Brinkman moved to Sarasota in 1998. He was very familiar with the area due to visiting family every spring break in Sarasota with his family. He immediately began investing in multiple real estate properties after his arrival and started a new career in real estate in 1999.

Deke's real estate experience spans from those making their first home purchase to luxury homebuyers and investors. Deke has personally owned single-family homes, multi-family properties, condominiums, commercial industrial property and even agricultural property. He also services the Trust and Estate departments of several of our largest local banks.
