Diane Ellis, REALTOR®

A seasoned professional, Diane Ellis has been licensed since 1973 in the state of Maryland. Her first broker was the Commissioner for the State, where she made her first sale in her first week. Diane began her career determined to be successful, and with the help of mentors and success-driven managers, she became a top producer for one of the largest real estate firms on the east coast. Throughout her career, she handled many high-end properties. Among them, she successfully marketed a condominium in the District of Columbia from its inception to closing all within a year. Diane also handled many referrals, and eventually most of her transactions were referral based. With a remarkable working knowledge of inventory, she related to the buyers by listing to their “wish list” and many times sold the first home to them.

As a Realtor in the Sarasota area, Diane brings a wealth of community knowledge to complement her results-oriented style of service. Diane is the mother of a beautiful daughter and three wonderful granddaughters. In addition to her profession, she has another special talent that has taken her to sing in many exciting places as soloist in DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Las Vegas and New York. She has also sung with professional organizations and as soloist for The Basilica at Catholic University and St. Mathews Cathedral and many churches in the DC area.
