Born and raised in North Iowa, Don Mullan is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s of science degree in marketing and minor in advertising. Don spent most of his business career in trade publication sales and marketing in both the medical/dental markets and the transportation field. He also was with an advertising agency in Chicago as an account executive. While Don was in Arkansas, he began his career as a professional Real Estate Associate. On Florida’s Gulf Coast, Don specializes in residential sales, plus he has special training on 1031 Exchanges for the investor. His hobbies include tennis, fishing, reading and travel.
