Elizabeth graduated magna cum laude from Sarasota's gifted program, Pine View and attained a B.A. in History from Yale University. She has been affiliated in management & sales positions in industry leaders in New York City and locally including R.R.Donnelley & Sons Co.; Nixon, Hargrave, Devans & Doyle; New College; and Coldwell Banker Previews International on Longboat Key.

Having grown up on one of the barrier keys in Sarasota since 1974, Elizabeth has great affinity and passion for this gulf coast tropical place. As a Broker with over $85 million dollars in residential and commercial real estate listings and sales since 2002, she has translated this passion into a thriving business.
Elizabeth's efforts have included locating and negotiating large scale waterfront multifamily sites for acquisition and development as well as launching & managing sales efforts for new construction projects including a 38 Million dollar beachfront project on Longboat Key. In addition, she enjoys marketing properties on the keys and in the various historic neighborhoods in, and around the downtown area. In this transitional market, Elizabeth has also managed many short sales, bank owned properties, 1031 exchanges, and creatively financed transactions.
Elizabeth uniquely combines an intimate familiarity of the local community with educational and professional training on a national level which allows her to intelligently create solutions and marketing strategies for her clients' individual real estate needs.
