Originally from Canada, Jessica relocated to the Charlotte County community of Placida in early 2021 to be near family after living in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for 40 years. During that time, she worked in various sales positions for 22 years and then spent 10 years as an assistant superintendent of engineering for the state of Oklahoma. Project management was excellent preparation for her new role, teaching her how to juggle multiple deadlines to keep plans on track and on time, but another intangible gift has proven even more valuable as an agent – intently listening to customers’ wants and needs.
Jessica enjoys spending time with friends, beach time with family, and all the time on the water she can get. Having the majority of her family still in Canada, she frequently visits the family cottage in Cobourg. Living in the gorgeous region of southwest Florida has created a lifestyle of serenity, and ample amounts of Vitamin 'Sea.' Her greatest joy is helping her clients connect with relocation or finding second homes in the Sunshine State.
Outside of real estate, Jessica thrives on being involved in her community. In addition to serving on the Lemon Bay High School Advisory Board, she’s a member of the South Gulf Cove Yacht Club and the SGC Ladies Meet & Greet. Before moving to the Gulf Coast, she also sang professionally with the Tulsa Opera Company for 25 seasons after majoring in vocal performance.
Jessica and her family – husband, Royce, and daughter, Sophie, who attends Lemon Bay High – have fully embraced their new life in “paradise,” enjoying the area’s fabulous beaches, boating with friends and dining at local restaurants.
