Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Jill Thomas relocated to the Sarasota area in 1991. A graduate of Clearwater Christian College with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, her background as a junior and senior high school teacher proved to be beneficial when she transitioned to the real estate industry in 2008. She listens to her clients’ needs and goals, and effectively communicates with them to provide the ultimate in client-oriented service.

Prior to joining Michael Saunders & Company, Jill worked for Prudential Palms Realty, where she developed a specialty in the St. Armands and Lido Key markets, and a passion for historic and vintage homes. Jill’s in-depth knowledge of the greater Sarasota real estate market area also extends to Lakewood Ranch and Siesta Key.

Jill is on the executive board of the Sarasota Alliance for Historical Preservation, whose mission is to preserve and enhance the historical places throughout the area. In her spare time, she enjoys furniture restoration and gardening.
