Jim originally received his Real Estate license in 1995. From his first investment property almost 30 years ago, he has bought, sold, and learned many key profitable ingredients along the way. Born and raised in San Jose, CA, Jim earned a bachelor’s degree in Business-Marketing and a second bachelor’s in Economics from San Jose State University. He also earned a master’s degree in Marketing during his time in Chicago many years ago.


Jim is a true entrepreneur and has the vision to see opportunities when most do not. During the Great Recession, he started a successful business which is still prosperous today. That experience, in addition to being well-versed in residential, commercial, and rental properties, gives his clients opportunities that might have been otherwise overlooked.


Before Jim’s current Holmes Beach residence on Anna Maria Island, he lived in a downtown Sarasota high-rise. Living in both unique areas provides his clients great perspective when comparing coastal to inland properties when interested in buying, selling, or investing in Southwest Florida.
