Jonathan Litsky, REALTOR®

Originally from Connecticut, where he graduated from the University of Hartford with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in education, Jonathan Litsky is currently a resident of Lakewood Ranch.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Jonathan worked as the head golf professional at Wintonbury Hills Golf Course in Bloomfield, CT, where he was employed by Billy Casper Golf, one of the nation’s largest golf management companies. A Realtor since 2005, Jonathan developed a specialty in tenant representation, having represented several national and regional tenants in the quest to relocate to Florida.

Jonathan is a member of the Sarasota Association of Realtors, as well as the Commercial Investment Division. He has also served on the planning committee for the New England ICSC Conference for many years. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, gardening and playing chess.
