With his extensive knowledge of the area, Josef brings street-level and local knowledge to his clients, as well as an extra edge to his marketing strategy by seeing Sarasota from a birds-eye view as a registered drone pilot. By capturing real estate through aerial photography and cinematography, he provides a higher level of service and expertise to his clients. Josef’s other experiences include customer relations with the Longboat Key Club and the Bird Key Yacht Club, which provided him with a service-driven approach and a unique understanding of listening to client needs.
Born in New York, Josef spent his summers in the Hamptons at his family beach house and moved to Sarasota in the early 1990s. He loves the creative vibe of this vibrant city and can often be found attending fundraisers and galas for the many non-profits that make the community a better place. Outside of his real estate schedule, Josef enjoys cooking and traveling – having visited more than 30 countries in his lifetime.
