Ken Schultz, REALTOR®

Originally from Jamestown, New York, Ken Schultz has been a resident of Punta Gorda Isles and Riverwood areas since 2003, where he specializes in waterfront and golf course properties for both domestic and international clients.

Ken brings a wealth of professional experience to his career as a Realtor, having earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii, attended the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado, and obtained the prestigious Chartered Life Underwriter designation from American College in Bahr Mar, Pennsylvania. With this background, he worked for over 10 years for several Fortune 500 medical companies and was co-owner and executive of two start-up medical equipment companies. He also spent over 25 years as a financial advisor and is a published author of Wealth Creation & Protection.

Ken entered the real estate industry in 2003 and has been a broker since 2005 in both Florida and Hawaii. Before joining Michael Saunders & Company in 2011, he served as president of Schultz Realty Group, Inc.

Ken is actively involved with the Cultural Center of Charlotte County and participates with various charitable workshops for non-profit organizations and churches. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, golfing, playing tennis, hiking and fishing.
