Kevin Hyde has a long history with Boca Grande. As far back as the early 1970s, while living in St. Petersburg Beach, Florida, Kevin would come to the island with his family during tarpon season and stay at the Gasparilla Inn. In 1992, Kevin moved to Alaska with his young family. In Alaska, Kevin traveled extensively and spent time in remote native villages and the gold and copper mining districts of the interior. During this time, Kevin and his family regularly returned to Boca Grande for family vacations.

When Kevin and his family returned to Florida, he began his full-time real estate career working with clients in Boca Grande, Little Gasparilla Island, Palm Island, Manasota Key, Placida and the Cape Haze peninsula. Kevin loves Boca Grande and the dynamic nature of the real estate business.
A member of the Englewood Area Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, Kevin was chosen one of the top 50 "Realtors on the Rise" in 2007 by Real Estate Magazine, winning for the high level of customer service and outstanding results that his clients and customers consistently rave about.

A specialist in luxury home sales, Kevin also belongs to the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and their Million Dollar Guild. He has also earned the title of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and has been Transnational Referral Certified since 2007 by the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations. This designation separates Kevin from the pack when working with international buyers and sellers, having been rigorously trained to skillfully manage every aspect of the international buying and selling processes.
