Born and raised in Central Illinois, I graduated from the University of Illinois with degrees in mathematics and computer science. My first encounters with the complexities of the real estate industry transpired in the 1970s, when I invested in a number of Sarasota properties. I became a full-time resident of the area in the 1980s.

I understand the value and distinctiveness of the myriad lifestyle choices and investment opportunities available in this Gulf Coast area. As a former corporate executive and a successful technology entrepreneur, I developed an organizational, technological, and managerial approach to business. I also honed my analytical, problem-solving, and problem-anticipating skills as an instrument-rated pilot. These faculties have proven to be valuable in making the process of buying or selling property smooth and stress free for my clients.
