Born and raised in a southern suburb of Chicago, Laurie Jarema moved to the Lakewood Ranch area in 2000, along with her husband of 23 years, Bill, and their two daughters.

Laurie began her career as a full-time residential real estate agent in 2004. Since becoming a Realtor, Laurie has been nominated multiple times as a Five-Star Real Estate Agent, best in client satisfaction, with Sarasota Magazine. It was at this time that the motto, “live, work and play” at Lakewood Ranch became a reality.

During play time, Laurie enjoys church, golf, bowling, gardening, and walking her two dogs. Other interests include volunteering as a Liturgical Coordinator of Hospitality Ministry and treasurer of Saint Claire of Assisi Women’s Guild. She also is founder and past president of BNI, Referrals Around the Ranch.
