Linda Jesel, REALTOR®

Originally from Tampa, Linda Jesel grew up in Coral Gables, graduated from Florida State University in Tallahassee, and lived on Florida’s east coast before she relocated to Waterlefe in Bradenton in 2004.

Linda brings an extensive background in luxury real estate, having worked with Sanctuary Realty in Boca Raton, FL, and with builders in country club communities, waterfront condominiums, and gated communities for active adults. She also enjoyed a position with builder Lee Wetherington in Lakewood Ranch. Before joining Michael Saunders & Company, Linda was with Keller Williams and later served as a qualifying broker for Realty Investment Group, Inc.

A licensed real estate agent since 1986, Linda became a broker in 1993, and earned a GRI designation. She has been a high-end property devotee ever since her early years at Sanctuary Realty, where multi-million dollar homes on the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway were their forte. While working at Sanctuary Realty, she developed her own exceptional ability to sell in the luxury market. Here, Linda built and sold a $2.5 million home in the prestigious Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian community.

Linda also brings a unique understanding of active adults, having held a position as a sales director for an adult community in Boynton Beach. This experience has translated well to her career as Realtor, as she has welcomed a majority of her listings and sales from active adults.

Active in the community, Linda belongs to the Manatee Association of Realtors, and was a member of the Sarasota Association of Realtors and Sarasota Chamber of Commerce. She also serves as a member of Waterlefe’s Welcome Committee and the Activities Committee.
