Originally from the Syracuse, New York area, Liz Ann Thomas relocated to Florida in 1980 and later to Sarasota in 1995. A former master’s prepared nurse practitioner in family practice and geriatrics, Liz Ann excels in providing remarkable customer care with a focus on exceeding her clients’ needs, skills which translate perfectly to her career as a real estate professional. A licensed Realtor since 2003, Liz Ann has become a proven specialist in properties located throughout Palmer Ranch, as well as those listed as short sales. To further enhance the service she brings to every transaction, Liz Ann earned her Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource (SFR) certification.

In her spare time, Liz Ann is an artist in oils and water colors. She is also in the process of authoring two books.
