Originally from Panama City Beach, Florida, Mandy DeBille relocated to Englewood in 2011 to focus on waterfront properties. A real estate professional since 1999, Mandy worked as an assistant and a buyer’s specialist for a top-producing team with ResortQuest of Northwest Florida. In this role, she was head of marketing projects, reviewed documents and attended all closings. She also helped the team achieve an increase in sales volume from $15 million to over $120 million as she became the leading waterfront specialist in the Florida Panhandle.
