Margaret Henkel's love affair with Sarasota spans over 30 years, and she recently became a homeowner on Siesta Key in 2002. "My life-long involvement with art and nature are perfectly combined in my daily experiences by living in this most beautiful of environments that we call Sarasota."

Prior to her position with Michael Saunders & Company, Margaret was a real estate broker in Vermont for 12 years and a co-owner of Remax Real Estate Services in Rutland, Vermont. Later, she became a broker/associate with Coldwell Banker Watson Realty, where she was a top producer and member of the International Diamond Society.
