Originally from Nicaragua, Maria Christenson relocated to Minnesota in 1978, where she attended Hamline University, married, and lived in St. Paul for the next eight years. Her husband’s job transfer later took them to St. Louis, Missouri, and on to St. Louis, where they lived for nine years. Finally, a new transfer brought them to Bradenton, where they fell in love with the area and have made it their home for the past 15 years.

Real estate has always been a passion for Maria, and she serves home buyers and sellers with a focus on honesty, integrity and patience. Having a husband who has worked in the boating industry for 30 years has given her a strong knowledge of the waterfront market and boating waters throughout Florida’s Gulf Coast, an advantage she proudly passes on to her clients. To provide an added benefit, she has earned the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification.

Maria is a member of the Bradenton Runners Club, and is fully fluent in both Spanish and English.
