Before joining Michael Saunders & Company in 2008, Martha worked with Coldwell Banker and Re/Max Alliance Group, where she earned a number of awards as a top producer for both companies.
Having designed, implemented and monitored a range of marketing materials in both physical and digital mediums, Martha brings her clients the power of exposure and brand-based recognition to achieve the best possible results. By collaborating with other professionals and the relocation division, she remains committed to providing the most comprehensive support resources available. Martha’s negotiation skills ensure her clients get the best price possible for their home whether buying or selling. Additionally, she has earned the GRE designation and most recently earned her CRS designation. She is dedicated to continuing education for constant professional improvement.
A resident of Nokomis and a mother of three, Martha is active in the community and served as the chairperson for the Venice High School Alumni Annual Golf Tournament, as well as committee member annually for Habitat for Humanity’s annual fundraisers. Martha currently is a community board member with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Southwest Florida
