Mary Vargo and her husband, Chuck, moved to Sarasota in 2000 after selling their successful real estate company in Racine, Wisconsin. When they started the search for their perfect “home in paradise” they let their 25+ years of real estate experience and knowledge guide them through the process. As they researched their way up the west coast of Florida, it wasn’t until they came upon Sarasota, the crown jewel of the region, that they fell in love. The depth of the arts and culture, restaurants and shopping, mixed with the beauty of white sand beaches and majestic sunsets had them smitten.
