With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience on the west coast of Florida and $58 million of commercial real estate transactions, I know I can assist you with your real estate investment needs. Shopping centers, apartments, retail centers, motels/hotels, office buildings, campgrounds and RV parks, storage facilities, post offices, and mobile home parks all fall within my area of expertise.

Financing through both public and private sectors, as well as in UPREIT (real estate investment trusts) acquisitions, tax sheltered transactions, and the laws pertaining to foreign investors in commercial real estate purchases and liquidation, are other facets of my experience I offer my clients.

As a former securities and exchange arbitrator through the NASD and FINRA, I have the knowledge to work within the necessary parameters of securities law with your attorney, such as Regulation “D” as a method of raising capital to complete a transaction, as well as working with Florida Land Trusts, Self Directed IRA’s and Limited Liability Companies.
