Michelle Crabtree, REALTOR®

A Broker-Associate since 1982, Michelle Crabtree is a third-generation Sarasotan who loves sharing her knowledge of the area’s history and believes in giving back to the community.

Michelle’s real estate involvements include the Sarasota Association of Realtors Board of Directors, 2008 - 2010; currently co-chair on the Professional Development Committee; and has been on committees for Community Outreach, Multiple Listing, Social/Program, and is involved in committee work with the Florida Association of Realtors. Michelle was the 2007 Chapter President of the Women’s Council of Realtors, and was recognized as their “Realtor of the Year” in 2005. She also received the Sarasota Association of Realtors’ “Meritorious Service Award” in 2007 and is a “Five Star Real Estate Agent – Best in Client Satisfaction” 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Designations and certifications held by Michelle include: CRS, CIPS, GRI, ABR, PMN, TRC, RSPS, and SFR.

Michelle has earned her business marketing degree from the University of South Florida. She has worked for over four years with the developer of Lakewood Ranch and was manager of their Visitor Information Center. Michelle is involved in her community as a member of the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, on the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance and the Junior League of Sarasota.
