A tailor by trade, Neddy Harkins studied for four years at a technical institute in Maine while working for a master tailor at Benoit's, a men's clothing store. She and her husband later purchased a number of rental properties, which ignited her interest in real estate and subsequent career in the industry. In the fall of 1991, Neddy pursued her real estate education and became licensed by early 1992. She then joined ERA Worden in Auburn, Maine, where she stayed until her family relocated to Bradenton in July of 2001.

As a real estate agent, Neddy brings exceptional communication skills and proven experience as an effective negotiator developed through her background in business management. An energetic self-starter, she prides herself on providing her clients with the results-oriented style of service that became the hallmark of her career.
