Kim and Patty Gilliland have become one of the most successful real estate teams in Sarasota because they care about the people they work with. One doesn’t meet many “Natives” in Sarasota, but Kim and Patty both grew up here. Kim came to Siesta Key in 1953 and spent much of his childhood in or on the Gulf and surrounding waters. In 1976, he joined the Sarasota Association of Realtors (SAR). He has earned many awards for his sales production and customer satisfaction, including “The Legend” award for over five consecutive years in the top three percent of agents in the United States. Kim is also a past president of SAR and has served regularly on many committees. One of his proudest moments was being recognized as SAR’s Realtor of the Year.

Patty has been a Realtor alongside Kim for over 10 years. Among her many talents, Patty has an excellent eye for decorating and seeing the attributes or the potential in any property. They have both seen Sarasota grow from a sleepy little tourist town to a world-renowned arts and cultural center.

They have sold everything from Gulf-front homes and condominiums to country club estates.
