It is with great pleasure that I tell you that I had a wonderful experience listing my apartment & also buying an apartment with your agent, Rachel Benderson. She was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and available despite giving birth to her second child while servicing me. My purchase of an apartment went very smoothly and when my existing apartment was listed, while I was traveling abroad, it was shown and the first week on the market was sold to the 1st people who saw it. Additionally, Rachel undertook all the responsibility of the procedures following a sale, even closing on the apartment while I was away. She has followed up with offers of advice and help and I highly recommend her to all who are looking for an agent.

Being a staff member of the Michael Saunders & Company family, I expected nothing but the best. It was a hard decision as to which agent I wanted to work with, as I had met a lot of wonderful agents; but I finally went with Rachel Berkun. Although she was new with the company, I liked her spirit and tenacity. I even gave her a "Double Whammy" when I wanted to Sell our house and Buy a new one, at the same time! She did not shy away from the challenge and was fearless in her approach. She gently gave us suggestions and opinions at various points in the process; and was very respectful if we wanted to try something else. At no time did we feel like she wasn't listening to our wants and needs. Regarding the Sale of our house, we had a contract on the property within two days of it showing up as For Sale on a variety of websites. Barring all the complications on the buyers side, we would have been closed in less than a month. As for Buying a house, Rachel was patient and willing to visit any and all properties that our hearts desired; and we saw a lot. While we waited for our buyer to get his situation straightened out, this afforded us the opportunity to take our time in looking. About a month and a half later, we found our dream home. And as soon as we were ready to move on buying our new home, the Buyer for our other house was ready too. We sold at the end of one week, and bought at the end of the next week; couldn't have asked for better timing. Rachel fought for us, she kept all of our vendors and agents in line, and pressured them when needed; you want this woman in your corner! She embodies the core values of MSC and did an amazing job.
