I do not normally take the time to write reviews or provide feedback, however our experience with Ray so far exceeded our expectations that I feel I must let you know. We began looking for a home in late-April and were very casually looking and trying to get a sense of what was available, what we could afford, and which neighborhoods we were interested in. After a positive experience working with Ray Rausa to sell our home in RiverStrand, we decided he was the right person to help us find the perfect condo/townhome for our needs.
