Howie & Robyn Drourr started HowiesHomes Team and have been active and successful Realtors for over 19 combined years—specializing on properties in Sarasota and Bradenton and focusing on the Waterlefe Golf & River Club community. As avid boaters and golfers, they have leveraged their passion of both in representing many buyers and sellers in the community in which they live and love.

After a successful three-decade career directing a consulting practice for a major firm, Howie decided to pursue a career in real estate, a major field of interest for him. His absolute commitment to ethical and creative representation has earned him the respect of his clients and fellow real estate agents. Known for his ability to ‘put the deal together,’ he has built a significant and loyal following. Howie is an enthusiast of old cars and spends his off-time working on and driving his 1956 Lincoln Premiere Convertible.

Robyn joined Howie after a 22-year career as a sales manager with Delta Air Lines. Her more than two decades in the customer-oriented world of corporate sales have given her the tools to work closely with clients to first listen to their needs and then focus on homes that meet their requirements.

Mary Fiorini joined HowiesHomes Team leveraging her background as a real estate appraiser. With an outgoing personality and great work ethic, Mary adds to the team and ensures that all their clients’ bases are covered. HowiesHomes Team offers a personal touch and individual attention.

Most recently, Kathy Carpenter has joined HowiesHomes Team and Michael Saunders & Company after six years of working with a prominent south New Jersey real estate firm, where she was an NJAR Circle of Excellence award recipient. A graduate of the Katherine Gibbs Business School, Kathy’s other career skills as an executive assistant are among her professional attributes, as well as her rewarding career experience in the fitness industry. Even today, fitness remains a passion for her, so you can be sure she has the endurance to go the “extra mile” for her clients. Kathy is dedicated to continuing her successful career in the Sarasota/Manatee County area, and promises to provide you with the outstanding service you expect and deserve.

Howie, Robyn, Mary and Kathy are known for going the extra mile to ensure their clients’ objectives are met. They take great pride in their personal reputations and truly love helping people.
