My name is Saint Cacchiotti (CASH-YACHT-TEE). Yes, Saint, a name given to me as a child by my baby sister who had a hard time saying Cynthia. While not divine, I do consider myself blessed to have spent more than 27 years helping clients and friends find their dream homes, luxury condominiums and investment properties in our southwest Florida paradise. My in-depth knowledge comes from a lifetime of love for the area; I grew up here, and have spent 27+ years becoming the "go-to" expert for upscale estates, condos, vacation and second homes, lots and investment properties in the greater Sarasota and Bradenton areas.
