A Realtor since 2005, Sandra Maslen began her career in the industry as a mortgage broker specializing in residential finance options. Prior to real estate, she spent over 20 years in business roles that required her to relocate at one point each year. This experience in relocation helped her uniquely understand the needs of individuals moving from another city, state or country.

Sandra’s passion to help people has successfully transitioned into a successful real estate career. Her goal is to help guide her clients through the complicated process of buying or selling their home. She is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and has the tools and knowledge needed to efficiently, ethically and effectively help homeowners pursue foreclosure alternatives—specifically Short Sales. She also earned Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource (SFR) certification from the Sarasota Association of Realtors.

Sandra is connected to a network of professionals within Michael Saunders & Company as well as the Distressed Property Institute, allowing her constant updates on the complex and quickly changing real estate market.
