Sania Allen, REALTOR®

Originally from Utica, New York, Sania Allen relocated to the Sarasota area in 1999, where she specializes in luxury residential properties located in The Oaks, Casey Key, Siesta Key and Longboat Key.

Sania brings a very diverse background to her career as a real estate professional, which involves positions in accounting, business management, supervisory roles, owner and operator of a hair and nail salon, apartment management, the gaming industry and dental assistance. These varied experiences helped in shaping her focus on customer care and ensuring the needs of her clients are met.

Before joining Michael Saunders & Company, Sania worked for Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, McKenna & Associates Realty and Sandals Realty. As a Realtor, she has earned recognition for service and top production, including the Top Company Sales in 2005 and Outstanding Service and Dedication in 2007.

In her spare time, Sania enjoys jewelry making, oil painting and clay sculpturing.
