When we narrowed down our area and I flew into town to view properties she lined up all the showings I requested and spent time with me at each property. When it came time to make an offer she helped me line up financing, the house inspection and all the details. She was always a pleasure to work with.

A few years ago my wife and I were looking for a place in the Punta Gorda area to spend some time at in the cooler months. Sheila was easy to get a hold of and very aware of what was available that would meet our requirements. She found us a beautiful condo right on Charlotte harbor. She offered service far beyond our expectations. She worked with us on the bargaining process one night until 9:00. As fate would have it, we just were not able to spend the amount of time in Florida that we had hoped for. We have a family business that is growing. It just isn't the right time to get away. We decided to sell the condo. Sheila was the obvious choice. She gave us a fair estimate of what it was worth. We got many showings quite quickly. She always updated us on each showing. Soon enough we had a buyer for the condo. She was spot on with the value of our home. We had a few inspection issues with the unit. It got a little complicated. Sheila advised us every step of the way on how to take care of each issue. She was trying to keep the cost reasonable for us while doing the right thing for the new owner.
