Originally from a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, Sherrey Welch later relocated to Rochester Hills, Michigan, where she raised her children. In 1995, Sherrey became an owner of various investment properties in the Venice area and subsequently chose to move to the Gulf Coast in 1998.

When representing her clients, Sherrey combines her vast knowledge of our community's various lifestyle options with her 22 years of sales experience and strong skills in customer relations, communications and negotiations to provide the results they deserve.
